EGR Solutions (Delete)
The EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system was introduced to improve vehicle emissions as requested by the EU and other organisations. Unfortunately, the EGR systems are unreliable and inefficient.
The EGR system recirculates exhaust gas into the combustion chamber reducing emissions. EGR’s fail regularly due to carbon build-up and contamination and they are expensive to replace. The carbon build-up causes the valve to get stuck in the open position resulting in poor performance. South West DPF Cleaning can either clean your EGR system or delete it completely so it is no longer used.

Most vehicles do not require a blanking kit to be installed on the EGR system. We can disable the EGR using our remapping tools and ensure all relevant P Codes are removed so no EML’s are displayed on the dashboard.
