Our Specialist Injector Cleaner is formulated specifically to remove Injector Deposits  and ensure injector cleanliness, restore spray pattern and restore combustion efficiency. Our Particulate Filter Regenerator has been specifically formulated to combat the adverse effects that start/stop driving conditions have on Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) regeneration. With a continued stop/start driving pattern, soot loading builds up in the DPF since the ECU is unable to make the necessary small adjustments to the fuel injection timing to increase the exhaust temperature and initiate regeneration. Our DPF Cleaner and Regenerator uses a catalyst to adhere to the soot particles during combustion, lowering the temperature at which they can be burnt off. The soot particles will burn at lower temperatures in the soot filter area, helping to regenerate the filter, especially in cases where exhaust temperatures are low, like stop and go traffic, city traffic and short drives. How often should I book a carbon clean?

Consider a carbon clean as a preventative form of maintenance, a bit like your regular vehicle service. In fact we recommend a carbon clean should form part of your annual service schedule. Once a year or every 12,000 miles is the recommended schedule for a carbon clean.

How does it work?

Our mobile technicians are fully equipped with the latest hydrogen generators and are fully independent, meaning they can attend your home, work or a convenient rendezvous.

We run your engine to bring it up to normal running temperature, we then attach a hydrogen feed into your air intake and our generator pulses regulated hydrogen into your engine. This process is completely safe and the engine runs normally during the cleansing process.

By injecting hydrogen the combustion temperature is raised to trigger a pyrolysis, a chemical reaction that vaporises, and eliminates carbon deposits.

Why do i need a carbon clean?

When burning fuel in a petrol, diesel or LPG engine, small amounts of carbon residue are produced and some of these carbon particles cling to the internal components and airways within the engine, over time these carbon particles build-up and form a crusty residue over the working parts within your engine.

Your valves, pistons, turbo-vanes and EGR valves are all at risk of being effected by excessive carbon deposits.
